We make a suitable appointment. If you arrive on time, normally there should be no waiting period. Please don’t come before your time of appointment. I will take enough time for your personal needs, no phone calls or a full waiting room during the therapy.

You best reach me over my mobile No. I won’t answer the phone during a treatment, so it sometimes not possible to reach me directly. Please leave your name and Telephone number clearly on the Mailbox, answering machine. I call you back as soon as possible.

Cancellation of an appointment
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment on my mobile phone (Sims) Possible. Short notice cancellations are a loss of time, which I have to charge you for 10,00 €.

For totally not used appointments or cancelled appointments there is a charge of 30,00 €
